After you purchase our machines, they are warranted to be free from defects in design and workmanship for a period of one year from the first day you receive them. Within this one year warranty, we provide free technical support. Should further support is required beyond the one year warranty, any costs will be charged accordingly.
Beyond the period of one year warranty, we can invite the manufacturers' engineers to come service your systems if necessary. We can also provide excellent technical support directly to you.
